What I collect, how I use it, and how to have it deleted, in plain English.
This page explains what information I collect when you use this site, how I use it, and how you can ask me to delete it. I’ve tried to write it the way I’d want to read it: in plain English, without the fine print.
What Information I Collect
When you book an intro call through Calendly, Calendly collects your name, email address, and whatever else you choose to share in the booking form. If you email me directly, I have whatever you put in that email: your name, your email address, and the contents of the message. That’s it. This site does not run analytics tools, tracking pixels, or any other software that quietly collects data about you as you browse.
How I Use It
I use your information for one purpose: to schedule, prepare for, and follow up on our conversations. I don’t use it for anything else. I don’t build a marketing list from it, and I don’t use it to target you with ads.
I Don’t Sell Your Information
I will never sell, rent, or trade your information to anyone, for any reason. Full stop.
Third-Party Tools
The only third-party tool this site uses to handle your information is Calendly, for scheduling. Calendly has its own privacy policy that governs how it handles your data once you submit it through the booking form. I don’t share anything you send me with Calendly, or with any other company.
No Tracking Cookies, No Advertising
This site does not use tracking cookies, and it does not run third-party advertising of any kind. There’s no ad network here collecting data on you, and nothing on this site is designed to follow you around the internet afterward.
How to Request Deletion
If you want me to delete any information I have about you, email me at mike@pickinupthosepeaces.com and I’ll delete it. No forms, no waiting period, no questions asked.
Changes to This Policy
If I change how this site handles your information, I’ll update this page. Last updated August 1, 2026.
